Shipping & Returns

We try to ship orders every day, Monday to Saturday.
Product/Packaging/Shipping.
Store purchases:
Most items will be charged standard USPS Priority Mail shipping table rates. Some “smaller then a bread box” items will have a smaller shipping charge ($1.75) and will get sent in padded envelopes. You only get charged actual shipping costs since most packing/materials are provided by USPS.
Shipping is free on orders over $75.00.
Auction Purchases:
Buyer to pay all shipping charges as stated in the auction listing. Items are sent USPS Priority Mail shipping.
Insurance:
On all purchases, Insurance is additional and charged at standard USPS rates. Insurance Options are available as a separate cart item.
Insurance is mandatory on purchases over $100. Please review our Terms of Sale.
Combining Multiple Item Purchases for Auctions
We will be happy to save you shipping fees by combining items purchased over a 5 day period. Unless stated in the description to the contrary.
Add up your bids and refer to the insurance chart above to calculate the insurance cost.
You must send us ONE payment for all your items and check out though our website. Do not send us multiple paypal payments and ask us to combine shipping, we will not.
Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, all items have a 7 day No Questions Asked return policy (for sales in the US and Canada only).
You must email us or call us with your intent to return an item to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
We will REFUSE packages sent back to us without prior notification, or that are not clearly marked on the outside with the RMA number. Items removed from original holders are considered sold. Most items are shipped in 2×2 flips for inspection with a tamper-proof label over the staple. DO NOT tamper with the label, the flip, or the staple, we will send the coin back and NO refund. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. This is a pretty standard procedure.
We can not refund shipping or insurance fees.
Items paid for via PayPal will be refunded via PayPal.
Items paid for via any other means will be issued a company check.
Returned checks (NSF, Closed Account, Etc) voids return privilege
Bidders not responding to us or sending payment within 20 days of the end of the auction, will forfeit their bid and return priviledge. We will file a NPB alert and leave appropriate feedback.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed from the date of our receipt. Most returns are processed within 3 business days.
